The core of Cheryl’s mission is to impact people and change lives with the message of victory. Through empowerment sessions, summits, books and technology Cheryl is using every medium available to spread this global message. She is raising the consciousness of others, that regardless of what it looks like, feels like or seems like, they can experience victory in every area of their life.

With over 20 years of human resources and healthcare background Cheryl has learned a great deal about people and how to develop relationships, which gives her the ability to have influence in their lives. In addition to her corporate experience, she was able to develop and sharpen her leadership and training skills by working closely with C-level executives and ministries in the areas of leadership, administration and training.

Along with being a Certified Life Coach, Cheryl is the Founder and Chief Visionary of Victorious Living International (VLI). VLI, is the home of VL Publishing with their flagship publication, live magazine; Victorious Living for Women Ministry, and PM DeSigns. She is an online show host for the Women’s Information Network, a member of the board of directors for New Beginnings Christian Center and a writer for StreamingFaith.com, the world’s largest Christian broadcasting portal. She is the host of a weekly radio show, Victorious Living with Cheryl Pullins, co-author of the Amazon bestseller The Queen’s Legacy and co-publisher of Victorious Living for Women, an anthology project which includes 40 women writers from 18 states.

Spending time with her family is very important. She receives great enjoyment from her weekly date night with her husband. Cheryl’s love for cooking is how she gets to express her appreciation to her family. A woman of extreme faith she believes in the transformational power of the word of God and consistently applies those biblical principles to her life. And it is these very same principles which she has used to create the message of victory. It is the sharing of this message that gives her the ability to develop relationships which is creating a shift in the lives of individuals from losing thinking to a winning mindset.
