I would suggest that you pray and be led by the Lord. God says in His word that our gifts will make room for us. I would seek his face, as this may be a season in which he wants you to stay before him and learn more about Him, yourself, and what He is calling you too. If not already, I would take this time to seek God concerning the vision, mission, and target souls for the ministry. And only after that point, would I maybe establish a newsletter or website that ministers to people about that vision or mission that God gave you and then promote the newsletter or website in the community.
