Rev Tina Baker is a mover and a shaker, utilizing different means of mass communication to bring healing to those who are hurting, and the message of the gospel to those who are hungry for truth.  Confident, equipped and well-respected in her own right through Christ, God is using Rev. Baker to cause many to see that they must be loosed from the pains of their past to the life of liberty in Jesus Christ.

Rev. Tina Baker is one of four daughters of Bishop Ronald H. Carter and Dr. Phyllis E. Carter.  Today she serves as an Administrator at the Refuge Apostolic Church of Christ where her husband of fifteen years, Elder Steven Baker, and their four children are members.  Together, she serves alongside Elder Baker in the ministry Life Without Limits.  They host an annual convocation with a plethora of Kingdom messengers who catapult believers into seeing and achieving all that God purposed for our lives, as cycles of pain are destroyed through God’s anointing.   Life Without Limits also keeps its pulse right on the heartbeat of the community with programs such as Saving Our Families (taking our families back with parent and children training and resources) and The Apprentice Program (a youth mentorship program).

Armed with the tools of excellent training and faithfulness, Rev. Tina Baker is also seeing the blessings of the Lord as she serves the Kingdom through Tina Baker Ministries.   This ministry of compassion and deliverance is clearly seen in the first two books written by this up and coming author, Feeling Trapped But There Is A Way Out (2003), and Become Who You Are Born To Be (2004).  The pen of this ready writer kept moving in vision with transparency as Rev. Baker took the successful 2003 book release to a "theatrical sermon” in a play format.  This is when the explosion really began.   Two plays-Feeling Trapped?  There Is A Way Out and Feeling Trapped?  The Connection-- are moving all across the country, and has been viewed by over 65,000 people.  The reaction and aftermath is always the same after each show.  The dramatic presentation of such issues as molestation, depression, marital abuse, and adultery leads viewers to experience salvation, restoration and healing.

Tina Baker is an author, playwright, song writer and preacher who have also been privileged to minister across the seas.  Tina Baker Ministries has sponsored books, bibles, school supplies, clothing and support to a community of people and an orphanage in Ghana, West Africa, where she conducted a revival in 2005.  Healing and deliverance were experienced by many across the globe when Rev. Baker distributed, not only free copies of her books, but also free copies of the play in DVD format.  Surely, Rev. Tina Baker is a dedicated Christian giving and walking in what she believes, "living in the uttermost”.
